In 2005 the Seaside-Kotsubo Linca restaurant opened in this small village, with a mission to create cuisine that is “locally produced and consumed.” In order to provide the finest food and hospitality to all our guests, Linca has only four private rooms. At dinnertime you can enjoy our Kotsubo cuisine, which combines Japanese and Western cooking methods to create the exquisite dishes that are served in the private rooms here. We are especially proud of our pot-au-feu, made from fresh vegetables that the staff selected that very morning to create a dish that will awaken your senses.
